Office Hours & Policies

Hours of Operation

We are here to serve you at scheduled appointments from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Thursday. The office is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

If you are a patient of record with an off hours emergency, that cannot wait until the next open day, please call the main office number (415.383.0824) and you will be instructed of how to reach Dr. Yankie.

Referrals

We always accept new patients into our practice and welcome family and friends. Your referral is the greatest compliment you can give us and it is appreciated.

Appointments

Please give us at least 48 business hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. If you are scheduled on Monday, please contact us by the previous Thursday morning. A cancellation fee of $75.00 will apply for a late notice. When you are in the office for cleanings, we encourage you to set up your next visit. This will help you get a preferred time.

Dental Insurance

If you have dental insurance we will assist you by filing the claims for you. Our office works with all insurance companies. But in order to promote total wellness and health, while remaining honest and fair to all our patients, we do not belong to any network. As a rule of thumb, if you have a PPO insurance and you can go to any dentist, we will accept it. We also work with Delta. To find out the details, please call the office with the insurance information and we will be happy to help you.

Finances

Good dentistry, provided in regular and sensible intervals, is the most practical and cost effective of dental health care.

Doctor Frances Yankie and her team deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to patients. Therefore your payment is due at the time our service is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made beforehand.

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Checks and Cash. Excellent financing plans are available for Invisalign and other large treatment plans.
